水稻是我国乃至世界最重要的口粮之一，“确保谷物基本自给、口粮绝对安全”是我国粮食安全的战略底线。我国水稻、尤其是杂交水稻育种水平全球领先，为保证世界粮食安全贡献了中国力量。在深入推进“农业供给侧结构性改革”和“一带一路”的发展新时期，为更好地展示全球育种新成果和新技术，助力中国水稻走向世界，促进全球水稻产业健康发展，定于2017年4月11日—14日在中国·三亚·美丽之冠大树酒店举办首届中国（三亚）国际水稻论坛。
本届论坛的主题为“南繁种世界源，中国稻世界粮”，组成了以水稻产业界10大院士为首的主席团，袁隆平院士亲任大会主席。届时将邀请30多个国家和地区的水稻育种专家、宏观政策专家、知名企业、行业观察者等重量级嘉宾做主会场和分会场主题报告，打造一场涵盖水稻全产业链的高规格国际性行业论坛，聚焦产业发展焦点话题，把脉行业发展趋势，推动中国水稻走向世界。

五、论坛邀请对象

六、报名办法及参会费用
1、报名办法：大会实行注册制，注册可以通过以下3种途径：
（1）填写参会回执(见附件1），并于2017年3月31日前请用Email发送至大会公共邮箱gjsdlt2017@163.com ；
（2）首届中国（三亚）国际水稻论坛官方网站：http://www.gjsdlt.com ；

2、会务费：会务费包含会议期间的会务、住宿、餐饮和资料。入住酒店为：三亚·美丽之冠大树酒店，房间安排遵守相关政策规定。

1st International Forum on Rice (Sanya, China)

To colleges and universities, research institutions and seed enterprises,
Rice is one of the most important grain rations both for China and the world. “To ensure the self-sufficiency of grains and absolute security of rations” is the strategic bottom line for China’s food security. China is the global leader in breeding of rice and the hybrid rice especially, contributing its power to the world food security. In the new developmental period of “agricultural supply side reform” and “the belt and road initiative”, with purpose of better exhibiting the new global achievement and technology in breeding, pushing the rice from China toward the world and promoting the healthy development of global rice industry, we schedule to jointly hold the 1st international forum on rice (Sanya, China) in Beauty Crown Tree Hotel , Sanya city of Hainan province in April 11-14, 2017.
The theme of the forum is “Southern Propagation as World Sources, Chinese Rice for Global Food”. 10 academicians of rice field led by the presidium，Yuan Longping, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, will be the chairman of this forum. We will honorably invite rice breeders from over 30 countries and districts, macro-policy experts, guests from well-known enterprises and industry watchers to give keynote speeches in different sessions. A high-level international forum that covers the whole industry chain of rice will be presented, which will push China’s rice onto the world platform.
